At Lightning Restoration, we believe that we are in this together, and we each have a preemptive opportunity to safeguard the well-being of those around us through actions we are taking now.
As we continue to navigate through the unique challenges posed by COVID-19, we would like to share an update on how Lightning is responding. Our number one priority continues to be the safety and health of our team, customers, vendor partners, as well as, each of their families and the communities we serve.
At this time, none of our employees have tested positive for COVID-19. However, we are committed to doing our part to flatten the curve and practice recommended CDC guidelines. Effective March 17th, all sales and production staff are to practice safe social distancing.
While we enjoy face-to-face interactions with our valued customers, our company has the capacity to operate online through video conferencing without coming in physical contact with you, your family or the interior of your home.
Because the situation is complex and evolving rapidly, please be advised that until further notice our business plans will reflect the following:
** Our outside sales teams will continue to knock doors while adhering to social distancing protocol, however if you’re not opening your door at this time, you may use the contact info located on door hangers to schedule an exterior inspection of your property, request an estimate, or schedule a video consultation. Our team is equipped with video conferencing tools to handle your project remotely from start to finish and most of our installers work on the outside perimeter of your property. For those with upcoming builds, note that our team has the capacity to work 100% outside of your property and all communication can be conducted via phone, video calls, or email. Regardless of your need, our entire team is available via phone, video call, or email during our normal business hours.
Please know that regardless of the current events, we remain dedicated to delivering on our promises to customers, staff, vendors, suppliers, and our communities. If you have questions regarding our COVID-19 policies during this time, contact your project manager or Lightning Office.
